i think my mother still has my "bunny" somewhere. i had a whole family of little stuffed bunnies when i was an infant and eventually lost all but one which i always held in my hand when i slept. that one was also eventually lost (or eaten by the dog?) so my mom found a bear that was a similar size and i continued to call it "bunny" aw memories

6^ Oh i wouldnt keep it. that would be completely fucked as much as that thing means to her. she would just leave it over here when she wasnt here for a while. I think a part of it was marking her territory too though. Sort of like when a girl starts to leave shampoo and stuff over...that way any other girl will know that she is not welcome there.

I have a checkered pink/white elephant gifted to me by my great great grandmother at birth. She only saw me a handful of times and died before I was 1. It never left my side until around 9yrs old.

Oh yea, she put it together by hand. It was glorious. To this day I have to wrap up a girl or at least a pillow to sleep correctly.
