The owner is cool, but really bad at math. Me and 3 buddies went in there the other day and we tried to order 3 beers, he charged us for 2 pitchers and a beer. Then after realizing his error he tried to refund us one pitcher instead of two. After 30 minutes we had the correct change and he kept going into the back and seemed to come out "slower".

I think this place is holding out it's full stock until Medical Marijuana passes in NC.

BTW the owner of Kitsch think it's hilarious they outlawed Salvia and if you get caught selling it, the fine is $25. Quoting him as saying the law is "fucking dumb".

Starbucks has never really heavily targeted college students, marketing-wise. Most Starbucks stores have drive-thrus and experience peak sales around 7am, when the average person goes to work and when most college students are still asleep. They are also a little more pricey than something like Dunkin Donuts and too corporate to steal business from the little guy shops like Global Village that have devout supporters.
