Might not be the easiest thing 1000 ft above the air traveling at 50mph on a bird who is already carrying more than its own weight.

I liked it, although I really wish that these movie producers would get past the Trex and velociraptor sounds for everything that roars.

^No, it's blurrier and has worse resolution due to the crystal structure size on the larger film. It's only due to the larger screen and better audio that the experience seems any better. Visually, you're better off with a virtual-boy type setup.

Dances with wolves meets fern gully meets the matrix IN SPACE!

If you go see it, definitely go see it at the imax in 3d. I've seen it at the IMAX and at mission valley, and MV cannot even begin to compare to how awesome it is at the IMAX.

Unprecedented visual effects, lackluster story. Still a very solid A in my book.

Saw it in 3d on the 24th.
It was damn good.

If you try and analyze it against IRL cultrure and what not, you will completely miss the awesomeness of the movie.

I saw it and loved it. I am probably seeing it again, prob not in 3-D this time. This movie is more than just aesthetically pleasing and it def held to my expectation. I was waiting for this to come out for like a year. I agree with qntmken that the dichotomy of good vs evil is too obvious and at times hokie/cheesy but this movie won my heart completely.
