I mean yea, I don't know why anyone would want to play a game due to the issue of it looking like a window pane...

^i've taken them apart before, yes there are some electronics in there, but that can be housed or even duct taped to the back, as long as it gets some ventilation
so with that said there is a way to make flat panels borderless

I don't see ATI doing it....I'm guessing that is because how expensive they are vs a standard TN monitor.
