Yeah, 2 weeks does seem like a long time. But we don't get a lot of the normal federal holidays off during the year. It evens out for the most part.

well, it's not even really a vacation (at least not in the since of earned value).

the facility basically shuts down for these two weeks out of the year. no one is there except security for 2 weeks. all the employees get the day off
