My parents' new cats suck...they are not interested in Christmas and do not participate in it. Our old cat, Frisky, would always come and hang out when we opened presents, and we always had a can of tuna and a play mouse (or some similar combination) wrapped up for him, which we would open and set in front of him, so that he could be a part of Christmas too. Also, my Mom would usually stick a bow on his head, and he was always tolerant of this. Man I loved that cat

we brought home a baby today. while most of the cats are avoiding her, jekyll insists on being near her. she seems to recognize his purring (maybe because he was hugging my preggo belly for nearly 9 months).
