I shit every other day most of the time. About 3-4 times a month or so, I shit on consecutive days. And no, I am never constipated... I eat a lot of fiber from natural food sources, and drink a lot of water.

On the shitter as I type, for the first time this year. That's 54 hours into the new year! Total of 57.5 hours no poop.

Something happened to me last Tuesday when I wasn't feeling good. Since then I have been eating a quarter to a third of what I normally eat. Even when I wake up I am not hungry, when normally I used to be starving in the morning. But that's good I guess.
