Just crawled out of my sink. O.M.F.G. I hate roaches..damn thing was like 4 inches long, no lie.How do I make sure I dont see any more of his kind around? We keep a very clean kitchen...never any dishes in the sink, food left out, etc.

4 inches? Stop lying!The largest species of cockroaches reach just 3 to 3.5 inches in length.And I leave you with pics of the Madagascan Hissing Cockroach (one of the largest at 2-3 inches).

If it's a random big one than it's probably a good (well better) sign than if it were small (i.e. young/baby). The small ones should have you worried bc it means they are breeding in your house... hooray!

dude. i can handle spiders, i can handle mice.i could MAYBE handle a snake if you told me it was there.but a roach.... HELL NOi saw THREE in my house last year and called an exterminator immediately.havent seen anymore since
