my new year's resolution is to eat one salad (at least) per day for as long as i can stand it.i want to add nuts to my salad for a little extra crunch and flavor. which nuts are healthiest and/or the best for you? i realize they're fatty and high calorie, but i think they're the good fats. or are they?

I am sure your question has been answered in the 48 posts so far, but in case it is full of 'nuts' jokes:AlmondsWalnutsMacadamiasBrazil nutsCashewsAnd yes, the main fat in them is monounsaturated fat, just as in olives/olive oil, and avocados. (good for your heart, etc, even in very large quantities)
