cold is a reference to some baseline

since last week was in the teens with the wind factor then today actually feels warm to me

last year i worked in minnesota where it was about 12 degrees during a blizzard then the next day went to illinois or something where it was snowing yet 30 degrees and it felt glorious, i'm pretty sure i was in a tshirt
