The place I frequent has a Unify system

I recommend it...it sometimes distorts on high pitched shrieks, like when I do my Dirty Diana

but I think thats more the antiquated speakers than the program itself

Distortion should have nothing to do with software; it's either the speakers or someone has the input gain turned up too high.

The best karaoke software is the kind that you walk away from at the god damned store. Don't get me wrong, karaoke can be fun and it has its place, but that place is not Ruckus.

^^monday is already karaoke night at champions

if you're looking for software that makes karaoke discs, go with http://www.powerkaraoke.com/src/prod_powercdgburner.php

I downloaded a torrent of it and it works great

bump.

any more thoughts? eyeing thursdays, perhaps.

would rather steer clear of discs, prefer all software, with downloadable files and such.

Ultrastar is pretty cool, its a singstar clone for PC

you can code your own songs and pair them with the MP3
