i've lost 3 lbs since the week after xmas (i didn't over eat during the holidays either). husband and i joined the y on tuesday and i got wii fit + last week. i <3 wii fit plus! the ability to string together exercise is awesome. i love the yoga part the best. all the yogo dvds have creepy people.

I lost 3 pounds in a week. The only thing that I changed was I stopped taking fucking Remeron. While on Remeron, I gained weight like no body's business. It didn't matter that I was following a Weight Watchers plan. That med is EVIL.

It took me about 2 years to get from 170 to 200. I stopped going to the gym for 3 months and subsequently lost my appetite. I'm down to 190 pounds now. Some people want to be at a higher weight, but want the weight to come from muscle mass.My brother is into lifting weights, but recently he didn't have the time to dedicate to it because he switched to second shift. He lost something like 30 pounds just because he was losing muscle mass.

I ended up w/ a 3/4 lb burger (w/ extra meat thanks to the owner working today) w/ extra bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. I had a salad and sweet potato fries.Dinner will be a thick cut ny strip, grilled veggies, and homemade sourdough toast.
