He cheated by blood doping. Two weeks before, he had blood drawn, and stored. Right before the meet, he had that blood put back in his body.

Net result: more blood, and more oxygen than normal... muscles didn't tire out as fast.



I only know all of this because I came in 2nd in that meet....

we did that too, but i didnt at that meet. it helps alot, i would normally breathe 2 times on the 50, once down once back. (25m pool) with doping, i only took a breath on the way back.

it also would make me feel overall stronger for a few days after.

Was the only student in my fifth grade class that could solve a difficult (relatively speaking) spatial puzzle, got a shitty little reward, but it was golden in my eyes.
Won a few video game championships when I was younger, was rewarded with video cards (massive nerd)
I've been to 22% of the world, and plan on increasing that percentage
Significantly changed the life's of people I cared about, they know who they are
A runner-up for the superlative of funniest person in my high school class
Land, keep, and earn promotions, and better job offers, amidst a clusterfuck economy
