I used my girlfriend's one time -- pretty efficient. I wonder how long they last, though.

I use my hand 99% of the time. A glove would add slightly more surface tension and abrasion-scrubbing-power.

my ex had them. they are awesome, but really scratchy. if you want to scrub right, it's absolutely the way to go. you can exfoliate the hell out of something with very little effort.
