when light turns red theres like a three second delay before any other light turns gree. everyone knows that but today i almost got my ass kicked expecting the same for green arrow to regular green turning left.

i checked it the next few times and theres no delay. the oncoming straight traffic is released as soon as the green arrow turns into a regular green light.
