I just happened to drive up as the first non-emergency vehicle and snapped this shot. After 3 mins they asked me and the other cars to all do road turns because the power lines for 60-70yd all had to come down and would drape the street.

no idea about the person involved, there is obviously no one in the car. The air bag deployed and the telephone poll cracked, so at the very least he/she old person got whiplash which can cause the problem I deal with (chronic neck pain).

That picture is staged or something. That's just a power pole there, not a farmer's market. Something is wrong here.

haha no it's not staged, that is why I think the old lady had to be going pretty fast, too fast to do it in the 12ft gap between the end of her drive way and the pole.

I think some old person got in the car and had to floor it from the distance of the house to cause this much damage.

Notice there is no sign of black tire marks, but that car probably has ABS which don't always cause tire marks.
