Oh boy! BubbleBobble just posted K! gah, that is so FUCKING FUNNY!!!!

On an unrelated note to my previous comment and a related note to this thread, is it true that it's easier to break your car window if you're underwater and there is water pressing down on the outside of the window?

Electric windows are unlikely to work once the car is submerged.

Your hands will still work.

I have the window breaker, seatbelt cutter thingy.

My parents got it for me when they realized what a reckless driver I was.

Once a car is submerged, no windows work, as the pressure gradient is too great, and there is too much force against the glass for it to open.

The electric windows may still work though if the car is full of water. Electricity follows the least resistance, so connections and basic electronics work till the battery is dead or they short out.

That would work if you are under water, but I would probably just break the glass with the pistol if I'm on dry land.

If you'll buy a $20 item for something that has about a 1 in 500,000 chance of happening, you would be better off getting a machete to cut off your arm if it gets caught in a machine before it pulls the rest of you in, its a far more common cause of death, and machetes have a million uses.

so, I was waiting to turn left onto a highway once and there were two guys ahead of me.

the guy immediately ahead of me decided to honk his horn at the leader to relay the fact that he was in fact being an asshole by pussying about the left hand turn. anyway, all three of us get an opening and as we get onto the ramp the leader car stops, the guy gets out of the car and starts shouting at the ancy guy in front of me.

ancy guy gets out of his car too, but also brings out the billy club he keeps next to his seat--he starts walking forward. within about three seconds of the leader was on his way.

just another saturday, I guess...

I bet Mr. Badass would have shit himself if the front man had reached back into the car for a weapon.

Ohh yeah, and a pistol.

I'm just as sure that front man would have loved to have been sent to an all expense paid vacation to state pound-you-in-the-ass prison.

he'd have a good argument for self defense when the second guy came at him with a billy club.
