I actually swooped by but the food line looked about a mile long and I figured people would've been one by the time I got my order - because I was already pretty late. So I went to Harris Teeter and ate up all the free samples instead. Nom

oh ok, that's understandable i guess.but you should know, we saved a seat for you, and this old lady asked if she could have it, since it was the only one left in the place, and we said no, and she had to sit on the floorso, way to go, you made an old lady have to sit on the floor
2/22/2010 12:48:17 AM
haha I wish I would have seen that. I always get a kick of seeing older people sitting on the floor because I never expect them to be there. Also back seats of cars. They don't belong there either. Next time I will come and hopefully still force old women to sit on floors.

Nordstrom Rack rocks! Also check out Banana Republic. I like the look of Express pants but the quality just isn't really there.

khaki pants are the bane of my existence.i have never found a single pair of khaki pants that dont look terrible.unfortunately, with the weird dynamic here, it's the norm.can't wear jeans unless out on a plant site, and we're no longer downtown, so suits aren't required.. everyone wears khakis, and seem to think you're trying to show them up when you wear dressier slacks.~^br good, express is expensive for their quality, fall apart and dont have a long life....been sticking to j.crew essentials and brooks brothers for the last few years, but am really starting to hate them.im looking into a job change though that may change my entire wardrobe.so, we'll see.[Edited on February 22, 2010 at 8:16 AM. are we discussing khaki chinos here?if so i've had this problem too. J.Crew and Polo are ok, I've found the most consistent pairs for me have been Izod. They hold up well considering i wear chinos to work about 3 days out of the 5. Jeans the other two or if i feel froggy, like today, i'll dress up a little bit.[Edited on February 22, 2010 at 8:22 AM. Reason : oh plus Izod is very affordable. check out belk for them.]
2/22/2010 8:21:18 AM
yeah bro, khakis fuckin suck. I don't wear them anymore. I refuse.
2/22/2010 8:21:57 AM
