i have only made judgments on my own caloric needs. and i need fruit loops. end of storyalso i agree w/ joie. when i swam year round and played on 3 soccer teams at once (with the swimming) all i ate were carbs and i was stick thin. like < 100lbs. and all muscle.^^^ oh i don't work out. and i still eat fruit loops. i'm not exactly a good example of anything. i was just saying i liked them and that there are worse things that i could eat^ lol my bad.[Edited on February 23, 2010 at 8:02 PM.
