This statement makes me cringe, especially when uttered by a whiny rolly polly fat ass bitch.

Water is fucking delicious, I don't care what anybody says. It's the only thing I'll drink without booze in it.

Water... it is too old-fashioned. I mean, cavemen used to drink water, I ain't no caveman! I am an advanced human and require something suitably advanced for hydration.

I love water.
I like that move where you drink some, then pour some on your head, then drink some more. (on a hot day)
Try that with soda....

False. The best chaser ever is a jack and coke.

But if I'm ever in a position where I build my own house, I want a faucet in every room, especially the dining room. I drink three or four glasses of water with each meal, I don't need to be constantly getting up and squeezing past everyone all the time.

It's fun answering nutrition questions for new trainees.

"I don't do breakfast..."

"I can't do eggs..."

"uh, you can't eat fish or steak for breakfast..."

"Wait, so I should count my (frozen starbucks (milkshake))???"

I do my best to reason with them to try. How effective would I be if I put them in defensive mode, and they give up?

^^all i'm saying is that on the continuum of food i could pick a more unhealthy/less healthy breakfast food than fruit loops

they're not exactly tipping the scale (at least my scale) into heart attack ville

now carry on

(fruit loops are my new favorite sugary snack so i had to come to their defense. i totally missed out on sugary cereal during my child hood. so i feel like i'm allowed to eat some now and then)

^truth.

When I see them stick with it, and make life changing differences? Yes.

But, even lots of the energized and motivated fall off, after they start to stall, and give up, rather than dig in.

I'd much rather work with the skinny kid who wants to be stronger/better athlete.

hey, it is your life.

Quote :

so? you could eat whatever the hell you want for breakfast and then defend it by saying "at least i am not eating a bowl of butter mixed with a cup of sugar!!!"

btw, you admit they are a "sugary snack" (IOW, 'garbage') but still felt compelled to come to their defense just because they are your "new favorite sugary snack"? i eat shitty food once in a while, but i am not going to defend it just because i like it or have a weakness for it.

what qualifies you to say that, and how exactly would you measure 'better' in this case anyway? nutrition is a complex subject and it is not just about grams of fat or grams of sugar. there are so many metrics to compare the 'healthiness' of 2 foods, that it is impossible in a lot of cases to come up with a 'winner'.

no need to respond to anything. it is your life.

^^ I saw that and chose to side step.

I've started eating things other than eggs atleast once a week. I got a little "over" eggs a month ago. It probably had more to do with my laziness, in that I was eating eggs I boild, while in the shower, every morning.

^ i mean i get it. its prob very frustrating that you see so many people that you try to help lose motivation and fall off the bandwagon. i'd probably want to help the people who wanted to become harder/better/faster stronger athletes more as well.

i am qualified to say it because i can say whatever i want on the internet, BITCH

p.s.

a b/e/c biscuit from mcd's is 420 calories and 23 grams of fat. a bowl of froot loops and skim milk has about 200 calories and 1 gram of fat. 23 grams of (unnecessary) fat? really?

i like water

it is good with lemon and lime

it is good plain

it is easier to drink out of a bottle than a cup that is why i have a stainless steel water bottle that i use so i don't have to buy bottled water and i can save the environment. GO ME!

i have only made judgments on my own caloric needs. and i need fruit loops. end of story

also i agree w/ joie. when i swam year round and played on 3 soccer teams at once (with the swimming) all i ate were carbs and i was stick thin. like < 100lbs. and all muscle.

^^^ oh i don't work out. and i still eat fruit loops. i'm not exactly a good example of anything. i was just saying i liked them and that there are worse things that i could eat

^ lol my bad.
