I called RPD, and for once they rolled by in under five minutes. My roommate (a guy), was all, "They were probably just messing around." But I was on the porch and it was close enough I would have liked hearing protection...not cool, bros, not cool. We are from the sticks, but I take that shit seriously here in the city!
