What is the impetus?

I could make a thread about Ghetto D, East 1999 Eternal, or Ready to Die, but I haven't because I have no reason to. I'm not sharing some undiscovered artist with the rest of the community, and I'm not making a relevant segue way based on a preexisting topic of conversation. I just don't see the reason for this thread to be created unless there is some meaning beyond the obvious homage.

but unfortunately with Biggie theres no long lineage to lean back on, so his classic album was really only one of two. The rest of these guys you can note a deevolution in material and quality

ESPECIALLY bone and IMO the roots, so payin homage to these guys classic gutter stuff is that much more important, cuz theyre still around

Bone aint never goin back to that cold East 99 stuff, Nas aint goin back to Illmatic, Master P aint goin back to ghetto dope (lol i reckon...) The roots aint never gonna be dice raw and malik b and actual live instrumentation ever again

I like "do you want more" much better. Therefore I made an appreciate thread for it. "Appreciation threads" are made all the time. But I appreciate the troll...it boost my ego just a tad bit.
