I was running today, in the woods, hashing, and fell. My left hip hit a tree stump right on the bone. I immediately got back up and continued running. However, about 15 minutes later my left nut began to have a dull pain in it. It has been increasing in severity since then and is quite bothersome at the moment. Am I gonna die?

Have you given your nuts a visual/physical examination to see if there's any tenderness/swelling?
