That's Engine 3 rescuing a parachutist from a tree during this afternoon's St. Patrick's Day celebration in downtown Raleigh. He was aiming for Moore Square, but was blown a bit off course. The veteran jumper was rescued by parking an engine beneath him. His parachute was recovered with the assistance of aerial ladder special-called to the scene.

^^makes me think of like 7 years ago when the guy parachuting into the start of the football game took out a line of ncsu band...
