No no, here was Bart Stupak's reasoning initially. He wanted to prohibit a woman from even using her own money from purchasing separate coverage for abortions (which having to piece meal out your coverage thanks to a social conservative morons is retarded) if you receive ANY assistance from the government to cover the cost of health insurance. . . That goes WAAAAAY beyond what was already established.
