The more important question is why in the fuck does their basic philly have lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, and mayonnaise on it? A philly has beef, cheese, peppers, and onions. That's it. Stop fucking about. I'm tired of having to make it a special order just to get a god damned cheese steak.

when i worked at mojoe's back in the day(and im sure this is still true) people woould ass mayo very often, and most times would go peppers onions mushrooms AND jalapenos. with all those things, it was better as a chicken philly.

when i go cheesesteak, ill load it down with peppers onions and provolone, only.
