I looked at the website, but I wanted to just verify that you can still park on campus after 5pm without a permit. Every non-Residential lot, correct?

hey can you park out in front of Mitch's oh HB street now? the signage is lacking.
4/13/2010 5:09:30 PM
Yep, pretty much anywhere after 5.
4/13/2010 5:09:37 PM
Actually there's tons of street parking.

Avoid any DE and DW, that shit is ticketed until midnight (unless it's Fri, then 5 pm). Any C parking is OK after 5, as are the Coliseum Deck and Dan Allen Decks. The gates come up at 5 pm so you can get into the middle of campus (north of the tracks), though parking is usually pretty highly sought after around that time because of all the folks with class. Other specialty spots will have the ticketing times on the signs right at the spot.

Cool. Thanks.Just heading to the baseball game tonight and don't feel like netting a nice $50/$60 ticket.

NyM last time he went to a baseball game
4/13/2010 5:20:42 PM
you're suppose to park across the street of Sullivan Drive in West Lot.

There is so much to like about that picture. You have the unknowing guy getting hit in the jaw, which is what your immediate attention is drawn to. But then you look closer and you have the little kid on the bottom left far more aware than anyone else there and showing no fear -- just wants that bat. Then you have the fat chick top center scooping what one can only assume is a piece of pizza from that box into her mouth. And of course you have the pastel tee'd homosexual at the top right flailing at the bat like it was going to kill him.

Zooming out a bit yields even more lolsI especially like the dude in the top right just chilling with a smirk on his face

lol at bottom center.

Where are good places to park if all your classes are basically going to be in the Court of Carolina area? I know there's parking ON Hillsborough but I don't know how reliable it is. Is there parking on the side streets that's either reliable all day or after certain times? I can't really get a parking pass and I don't want to take the CAT bus to campus just to take another bus around campus.I have two classes that are 6-8:45/10:00PM, so that might make some parking easier.

^park in the Brooks lot? I always park there when I go to the north side of main campus after 5pm.
4/13/2010 6:55:12 PM
Yea, I assume after 5 will be easy, but what about way before then?
4/13/2010 6:56:21 PM
at home. ride the bus or walk.
4/13/2010 7:30:37 PM
4/13/2010 7:56:47 PM
Seriously though, before 5PM....?
4/13/2010 11:30:01 PM
before 5, for the game, i would say pay to park in the Dan Allen deck... should only be a couple bucks...
