On November 8, 2007, user Amac884 became the first wolf web user to be inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame. He delivered his induction speech the following week on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, and was subsequently awarded the Inaugural Danny Glover Internet Lifetime Achievement Award. Subway and Sunkist catered the event, providing free orange sodas and submarine sandwiches to attendees who were in their twenties.
