I don't think honey on chicken is that weird. I only know one person who brushes with hot water though, and it's my aunt. She only does it because she normally turns on the sink to hot when she's brushing her teeth to get the water hot for her shower. Awesome story, I know.

I have tried hot water for brushing, but that makes the bristles really soft and so less effective at cleaning. After I am done though, I use hot water for rinsing.

Kiwi skin isn't that weird, I do it too. It adds texture I think, and it's not that thick anyway.

Fuck your hot water though, I can't stand when tooth paste gets too foamy.

Honey on fried chicken is common, just not in NC.

i tried eating kiwi skin but it is/was too bitter. i didn't mind the texture, but the taste.

gold kiwi skin is a lot more palatable because it is not as bitter and it is also smooth not fuzzy.

i eat skins of fruits and vegetables and hate it when people take them off, so i would love to be able to eat kiwi skin. just too bitter for me. maybe that one specimen was too bitter, i will try again next time i get kiwis.

btw, it is not just fiber, but other nutrients as well. most of the vitamins, minerals, and 'phytonutrients' in fruits and vegetables are found in and just under the skin.
