Every time I go there, I can be in and out in less than 5 minutes. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Subway, ect, can't even come close to this, even when they're not even busy.

Bojangles, GG. You are light years ahead of the competition. There should be an award for this type of service. But I don't think there is a plaque in existence that will do any justice to how good your service is.

I've been to plenty of fast food places. I also don't modify the shit they offer. Rarely do they put shit on the sandwiches that isn't supposed to be there, so i have never been upset with the meal i received.

It would basically take the whole of TWW to never go there to actually cause any distress. And then it would only really affect that store. Most people that have problems with one store will just change stores if they have problems with one. So in the end, the overall impact is negligible.

By the way, I don't actually frequent any fast food places. But when I do go, I just pick something, relish in the fact that i am completely ignoring everything i know to be true about the nutritional value of the food they are handing me, and wolf it down to fill my belly. I figure, if i am gonna be unhappy with that fact that i am putting that worthless crap into my body in the first place, what is the use of being mad because there is mayo, or their horrible unripe tomatoes, or the shitty, thick, watery lettuce, or whatever else i may not truly LIKE about the sandwich?

And actually, the motherfucker damn near paid the bills of the Wendy's on the corner of Edward's Mill and Trinity for a couple of years. They knew him by fucking name there and would actually say "See you tomorrow" as he pulled away.

The customer gets to pick what they want on their sandwich. Eating at a fast food is not some charity shit that Wendy's or whoever is doing. They aren't doing anyone any favors.

If they want my money, they better make my burger plain. If not, it goes back, and they get to remake it.

Wendy's or whoever should do the smart business thing and hire cooks who can read the order screen, and cashiers who are smart enough to key in the correct order. It's not that difficult to leave something off of a burger.

Yes, but it's the apathy that it takes to frequent a fast food place that they are banking on when they just throw a close approximation to a person's order into a bag for the drive-thru. I would say that 90% of people are not going to either A) stop before they leave to confirm the food is correct or B) turn around once they get home to come back and raise hell.

Most people will just eat whatever they got and be grumpy. Or they won't eat it and will just be out whatever money they spent.

And it might make sense to you that they should hire intelligent people to work there, but in reality, most of the intelligent people work somewhere that pays better than a McDonald's or Wendy's. And those that are both intelligent and work there are generally quickly moved towards management.

This is true, they must have some rigorous hiring or training process, because they always get my order out before I even finish saying it, then stand there like they are in line at the DMV while I'm spending 3 seconds getting money out of my wallet.

Bojangles everywhere else, although still not slow, is fairly apathetic in comparison.

yea with working full time and being a full time student i tend to eat out alot....and as merbig said it his post, you can be In and out with your food in less than 5 min (although for me its normally like 3 min)
