i have some, they work. seriously. you can get these soft ones that don't hurt your ears. i got some at rite aid. honestly one of the best like $2 i have ever spent. i don't know if you have tried earplugs yet. these are the kind i use:


i know they seem ~ but they are ULTRA soft and silky and flexible. not uncomfortable at all.

^^ i do have some earplugs for when the kids get rowdy. however, i pay nearly $1000 a month to live here, and i don't think it's unreasonable for me to expect to get a good night's sleep. the pool has posted hours, and they're not being enforced.
