one of the related videos is the "aftermath" of the event. It shows one chick running up to the best man and tackling him saying he ruined the wedding.

I mean I guess if it was me that got knocked into the water it would probably piss me off at first because I would've known that my after the wedding pictures and the reception pictures would be messed up.
But then at the same time I would eventually just be like "whatever" cause I would just put on different clothes go to the reception and get drunk. Chances are the best man will also be a good friend of mine and I would know that he would never try to ruin the wedding.
And I'm sure we could always get dressed back up and take wedding pictures at a later date.

But yeah people at the wedding yelling at that guy (if it is real) were a little over the top, I'm sure he felt horrible about it.
