I dont know where you work but the wait staff puts in orders. Expo makes sure they leave the kitchen as they entered it, and that is based on the order input by the wait staff.

7. I have to ask for a refill. Never should I have to do this. First off, you should be asking me if I want a refill before my current drink is empty, such that the refill will be at the table before my current drink is exhausted. Secondly, when refilling, you take my drink away! Don't ever take my drink away. Either bring a pitcher to fill it up or bring a new glass entirely. DON'T TAKE MY DAMN DRINK.

Fortunately you only ordered one so it was easy for you to recoup your loss by not giving her a tip. It would suck if you had like six or seven of them and the loss outweighed the tip you would have given.
