By definition, entrapment occurs when a law enforceent officer induces you to commit a crime that you otherwise would not have committed.

If they had arrested you, YOU would have had to prove that his actions were the ONLY reason you committed the crime which, due to your record of drunk posts/threads, is not a viable defense.

Keys to live between 18 and 31:
1) Don't drink in public places if you aren't willing to deal with getting in trouble for it.
2) When you are at a party and the cops show up, DO NOT run out of the back door like the place is on fire (unless it is on fire). This only brings your guilt directly to their attention.
3) Do not make yourself stick out of the crowd. If you look like a dumb, drunk freshman, you probably are.
4) Act like what you are doing is perfectly legal. If you look like you belong, that will be the initial assumption.
5) Don't argue with the cops. More often than not this gets you arrested rather than haveing a snowball's chance in hell of getting off with a warning.

depending on the person it would be drunk. ive driven home after a few beers, im talkin like 2 or 3. and thats easily like a .02 or 3. and im far from even tipsy. i would have no problem. now if i was 20. i would get fucked. its not worth it to drive, even after one or 2 beers, unless you give it time to pass. i tell all my friends that, you never know what could happen, you could have a tail light out, and get pulled. they smell beer, and you are fucked.
