last week my buddy rescued this kitten on his way back from texas and he brought it over to our house and one of our dogs decided she wanted to make it her own baby. hallmark should be calling me at any moment now.

she got real sad when he took the kitten away. she ended up whining all night.

^yeah, he's gonna take it to a vet to get everything for it. it was a pretty freshly born kitten, just a couple days old when he found it, if that. the mom just abandoned her. so yeah, she'll need a lot of special care.

i got to see her yesterday and she looked really good when he brought her over. the dog was happy to see her and she was taking care of her like her own baby again. when they left here, everything was good, but i guess later on yesterday and then today she just started to get bad. i guess she just wasn't able to get the proper amount of nursing that she needed.
