According to EW.com, the actor was arrested and charged with a felony count. He is scheduled to be arraigned on July 14. Back in 2003, Jones pleaded no contest after hiring a 14-year-old boy to pose in nude photos. This is just the most recent in a string of legal troubles for Jones, who was also picked up by police in Florida in 2004 after he failed to register as a sex offender in the state. In recent years, the actor has appeared in HBO's hit original series 'Deadwood' and also starred in the 2007 film 'Who's Your Caddy?'"
