Now that I think of it I could see quite a few of the laurel dragging, leg humping, NETWORKNETWORKNETWORK faggots from my classes both hosting and showing up 15 minutes early to this thing, Ruffles and Sour Cream and Onion dip in hand

there are Young Professional organizations all across the country. usually they meet at a neutral location like a community college or a panera or something, but i don't think it's that unusual[Edited on July 20, 2010 at 2:12 PM. Reason : they are just probably well enough established where people know each other and are down to party]

I can get that, I've heard mixed reviews about Young Professional organizations though. I would think the 'house party' might be a little different than just having a get together at a neutral location. I agree it would be good if it was an established group of people who knew each other, but this post implied it was a "come one come all" public event.

If it were within like 15 minutes of me and I had absolutely nothing better to do, and a friend that would tag along I'd check it out for a little, and if it was lame I'd bounce.

Now I'm just thinking of a party inhabited by all of the people I can see joining this organization then going to this event...can't be very tolerable.
