I lost my keys in Cheyenne two? weeks ago. Had NO idea where they got to - my best guess, still, is that I dropped them in a park. I had a keychain on them that USAA had sent me: one of those 'drop in mail, postage guaranteed, and we'll return the keys to the owner' deal. Just got a voicemail from USAA saying they're mailing them to me today

I, too, less than three USAA.

USAA car buying service has some amazing deals right now. You can get about 5 to 7k off a lot of cars.

USAA is perhaps the greatest thing about joining the military...for real. been using my UNSA keychain for going on 13 years now...thankfully never lost them but good to know the system works!

so it's something that I have no way of joining...oh well, I guess I just gotta keep up with my keys
8/11/2010 11:47:41 PM
My dad can now join, he was honorably discharged after 3 years...last Veteran's Day they changed the rules. I called them a verified that he could join. If he can get cheaper insurance, he will probably switch and then I can use them. Now, I just got to get him to call and register and get a quote at least.

When she joined the Navy, I kinda sorta held Nerdchick hostage until she called USAA and get enrolled. I knew she'd procrastinate on joining, and just couldn't allow a friend to do that to herself.

It might actually be good timing, since the car insurance just went up by a good amount.

In high school I had a Tiffany's key chain that had same basic idea. The key chain was like a half circle with balls on each end...one that you unscrewed to put your keys on.It was a total piece of shit cause at some point the one ball came off...as did the keys...and I never saw them again.
