the home next to mine (investor owned) had his personal home foreclosed on. I guess he showed the bank what's up by installing the HVAC system from that home in to the one he is renovating. It's only 16 years old. also, it is currently for sale for anyone that wants it. 1100 sqft $230k[Edited on October 31, 2010 at 9:29 PM. Reason : little marketing for this idiot]

no no people. guy is renovating the house next door for investor to sell to average joe.guys personal home got foreclosed on(not funny)guy takes hvac system out of said foreclosed home and installed it in said renovated home to sell to said average joe.so essentially, said average joe will be buying said renovated home with said stolen HVAC equipment.Couldn't the bank that owns foreclosed home put a lien on renovated home? (Would never happen but could it happen?)[Edited on October 31, 2010 at 9:50 PM. Reason : moar ]
