Grooveshark is nice, been using it a while. The variety of material you can find isn't necessarily as broad as you might like. They do honor DMCA violation reports.

Of course not, but when you use their tool to "upload your library to have" or whatever the hell they called it at the time, they mean it's on their servers for public use and when RIAA complains they won't let you upload content anymore and remove whatever RIAA complained about.
