Is it based off your old one? Our current bill is due tonight...I try to log in to pay and no luck Apparently we were billed on Oct 25th and they changed the system on Nov 1st to reflect updated account #s that are displayed on any bills after Nov 1st Any way I can figure it out right now?

Call 890-3245 tomorrow and press 0 to get a live person who can tell you your account number.I only know because I had to do the same thing today and it's in my celly's recent call history.Registration with the new site and paying your bill only takes a couple of minutes.[Edited on November 22, 2010 at 10:56 PM. Well it looks like you can't do anything online til you get your new billing account number. I'd just call them tomorrow. If you know how much you owe it says you can mail it here... Yes this happened to me when I tried to pay online over the weekend when I couldn't get to a live person, they told me my new acct. # over the phone the next day and didn't charge me a late fee.Pain in the ass.[Edited on November 22, 2010 at 11:07 PM. Reason : grammar.]
