Legal? Can you get them through security etc?Google says no, but friends say yes. Whats the deal with BYOB slizzurpness in flight?
2/18/2011 9:40:06 PM
you can probably use the same techniques to get them through airport security as carter-finley security.
2/18/2011 9:41:23 PM
yes, you can take them in the quart bag, assuming they are less than 3.4 oz.no, you can not legally consume alcohol on the plane that was not served by a flight attendant.
2/18/2011 9:53:58 PM
theyre 5 bucks. just pay for the damn things
2/18/2011 9:56:18 PM

2/19/2011 12:00:29 AM
you can take them - you can fill your entire quart sized bag with them

you know we have reached the pinnacle of pussification when you cant sneak airplane bottles on airplanes.....
2/19/2011 6:37:02 AM
im a frugal motherfucker and i still buy alcohol on airplanesjust ask for doubles (2 doubles is ok to ask for, then maybe 1 more after that)but remember its an airplane, not a bar so its best to order up bc you might not see the flight attendant for awhile
2/19/2011 9:36:57 AM
Oh shit. You just divided by zero.
2/19/2011 10:03:07 AM
No you can't becuase than the plane won't take off
2/19/2011 10:01:55 PM
2/20/2011 3:48:46 AM
And remember that the cabin atmosphere is not the same as sea level atmosphere, so you will be more impacted by less alcohol.
2/20/2011 2:55:11 PM
that is a mythalcohol is metabolized at the same rate, regardless of altitude
2/20/2011 3:18:18 PM
^unless your plane is on a treadmill
2/20/2011 5:05:53 PM
3/2/2011 3:45:00 PM

3/2/2011 4:10:18 PM
1. Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight is scheduled to leave2. Get wasted in the airport bars3. Pull your shit together for long enough to board the plane and get to your seat4. Pass the fuck out
3/2/2011 4:14:06 PM
the plane will not take off

i dont think so, they def dont let u handle the alcohol unless its put into your drink....so i doubt they would let u have it passed security
3/2/2011 6:33:37 PM
1. Fly more to get elite status.2. Free upgrade to first class with free liquor.3. ?????4. Profit.
3/2/2011 6:43:48 PM

3/2/2011 6:50:18 PM
3/2/2011 7:54:10 PM
drinking on the plane is generally cheaper than drinking in a bar at the airport
3/3/2011 9:39:21 PM
just take the airplane bottles thru security in your quart bag in your carry on, then buy a soda at the airport. you can take a drink purchased in the airport on a plane.
3/3/2011 9:50:52 PM
^A $3 mixer and four airplane bottles is the way to go.
3/3/2011 10:03:55 PM
3/3/2011 10:04:02 PM
can you mix your own drink in the airport (gate) or do you have to wait till the plane?
3/3/2011 11:06:11 PM
i have poured airplane bottles into a 24oz soda cup i got at some rando restaurant while at my gatei hid what i was doing though, cause there was a rabbi at my gate...i got all scared for some reason[Edited on March 3, 2011 at 11:07 PM. Reason : ]
