Friend is trying to book a flight and asked me if I thought this chick was legit

For the record, she's offering $50 cheaper round trip fare than Southwest is quoting on their site and even responded to my friend's email with the exact flight numbers he had been looking at on Southwest's website before contacting her

So what's the deal? She books the flight for you, and you pay her a fee? The website and facebook page don't really explain anything.
