My buddy and I just acquired 2 cats so we're looking to learn more about making some eastern bbq.Some things I thought of:Prep before cooking?Cook with rubs, marinades, brines or anything like that? Or just cook it plain and add sauce later?Any sauce tips?How many pounds of cat = people it can feed? Is there a rule of thumb?2 hours of cooking for a 20 pound cat sound right?Any other tips?
