truth: when i have chips i would ideally have guacamole, salsa (with cilantro of course), sour cream, AND cheese dip. seriously though, what sounds good right now is a layer of corn chips, then a layer of salsa, then a layer of sour cream, then a layer of guacamole, then a layer of cheese dip. then spicy chicken. and some green onions. and shredded pepperjack. yep.[Edited on July 16, 2011 at 9:17 PM. ^ I've been craving it for a while... I suggested going to get Mexican with a friend the other day but he either didn't hear me or there was no interest. Also, I want an avocado sammich. So... either Jimmy Johns, an awesome combination of:bread, honey mustard dressing, avocado, melted swiss cheese (you can change that part depending on preferences), lettuce, and red onions. om nom nom... i know. the wholly guacamole isn't THAT badit is just similar to the avocado spread at like jimmy john's or whateverits better if you add cilantro, onion tomato to it (or even dice up a real avocado and throw it in).but it comes in those 100 calorie packs so it works for lunches

i used half an avocado last night then wrapped up the other half and put it in the fridge. i ate that 2nd half earlier today and it really didn't even get very discolored. this was my first experiment with that, as i usually just use the whole thing at once because i worry it'll get nasty in the fridge.
