I'm seriousWhats the chances that the two championship contenders run away with the race and it ends in a tie break.
11/20/2011 8:22:19 PM
Did your driver not win?
11/20/2011 8:23:17 PM
Pretty good given the inputs (3 point separation coming in, 2 drivers with great records at the track with great teams who have been strong for the entire final 10 races).

11/20/2011 8:25:53 PM
JUST DONT TURN RIGHT
11/20/2011 8:28:35 PM
there was a 6 second difference between 2nd and 3rd place at the finish line that is very suspicious
11/20/2011 8:38:40 PM
seems like it would be possible for NASCAR to tamper with the restrictor plates or something during the pre-race inspections if they really wanted to.

No restrictor plates at homestead
11/20/2011 10:09:58 PM
I too believe the race was fixed. The rest of the field could have cared less. They were not driving competitively
11/20/2011 10:14:48 PM
Jimmie Johnson fixed his car... is that what you're talking about?

the 14 did appear to have more power on restarts. too bad if they take the car to the RD center on tuesday and find an issue will wont hear about because they wouldnt want to change the champion

People still watch this? All that complaining about oil, gas prices, and the environment, and people still support this "sport"?Typical Americans

^Yep, because F1 and open-wheel racing is certainly not popular worldwide. Typical Troll

Well if you watched the last few laps of the race, NASCAR was waving all of the other cars to just get out of the way of the 2 lead drivers. I mean really it didn't matter for any other driver to win, this race was just Stewart vs. Edwards all-along. They just wanted the other cars for drafting and caution purposes, but the rain took care of the caution.I kept waiting for one of their teammates to block aggressively but I'm guessing they had some stern threats from NASCAR for anyone who decided to wreck/block one of those 2.

LudaChris The "move over" flag is used every race, every time that a lead car is coming up on a slower/lapped car.
11/21/2011 7:57:35 AM
wrestling on wheels, ha.
11/21/2011 9:14:07 AM
dont believe homestead is a restrictor plate course
11/21/2011 9:15:20 AM
it's not.it's not a course either.
11/21/2011 9:17:50 AM
ah, excuse me'coarse'
11/21/2011 9:26:19 AM
lol, not quite what i meant. race course is meant to describe a non permanent track
11/21/2011 9:28:08 AM
11/21/2011 9:42:44 AM
IT'S STILL REAL TO ME DAMMIT
11/21/2011 10:01:21 AM
the only thing that would have made it more rigged, and i'm honestly surprised it didn't occur, is the caution flag with 5 laps to go for "debris on track".
11/21/2011 10:02:58 AM
You'd think if it was fixed then Jr would win more races.
11/21/2011 10:30:33 AM

the two best drivers beating the rest of the field and duking it out for the win? unpossible! has to be fixed!
11/21/2011 10:44:47 AM
LOL at a Junior fan saying a race was fixed.Must have missed that Pepsi 400 at Daytona after his dad died when "Little E" passed about 15 cars the last 2 laps to win.
11/21/2011 11:14:57 AM
If it were fixed, Carl Edwards, driving a FORD would have won the FORD 400.In other NASCAR news we have a SC man arrested for firing a gun to celebrate Tony Stewart's championship:http://www.thatsracin.com/2011/11/21/79694/man-arrested-after-firing-gun.html
