pics or it didn't happen
12/13/2011 7:45:21 PM
they really love their veggies?
12/13/2011 7:45:26 PM
there are calories in non-meat items. not hard to understand.A vegetarian living off fried foods and junk foods will get fatter than a carnivore living off of filet.
12/13/2011 7:46:21 PM
I used to know a fat vegetarian. All she fucking ate was French fries and potato chips so it really wasn:t surprising.
12/13/2011 7:46:23 PM
Deep fried tofu is hard to beat.

It's hard to be a healthy vegetarian when you don't like vegetables. But I know some folks who've tried. And they tend to have difficulties with weight.
12/13/2011 7:51:54 PM
I know onehe's still doing ok IIRC
12/13/2011 7:52:48 PM
I have thought about going off of meat or at least reducing it because I don't agree with a lot of the cruel practices, but I always come to the conclusion that I'd end up eating way more carbs and gaining weight. So I can see how a vegetarian could be fat. What makes me laugh is fat people that are heavy smokers. It's supposed to be an appetite suppressant.
12/13/2011 7:52:58 PM
It's really easy to do, especially if you eat out a lot. Most vegetarian items at restaurants are fried foods of some kind or pasta dishes, and they tend to be pretty high-calorie (not that other restaurant food isn't, but a balanced meal also keeps you full longer). Plus chips, cookies, snack cakes, etc. are all vegetarian.
12/13/2011 7:59:19 PM
cut out meat, just eat ice cream and chocolate, pretty much get fat from that
12/13/2011 8:03:54 PM
Almost every vegetarian that I know is a little bit chubby. They go all out on cheese pizza and sour cream stuffed enchiladas.[Edited on December 13, 2011 at 8:04 PM. Reason : w]

A calorie is a calorie regardless where it came from. Portion control can be tough for a lot of people regardless of diet restrictions.
12/13/2011 8:17:43 PM
^^^^^Some of us are constant "consumers." I'm literally drinking, eating, or smoking about 95 percent of the time that I'm awake. The other five percent I'm in the bathroom.

I can't tell if you're being ironic or not.
12/13/2011 8:39:53 PM
Outside of Shakespeare, I'm still not sure what irony is.My laughs at your knowing post are genuine and friendly though.
12/13/2011 8:54:24 PM
Yeah, I know a couple of overweight vegetarians. Some vegetarians are just plain old carbaholics.
12/13/2011 8:57:57 PM
I know a lot of thin and in-shape vegetarians, probably more than most, but I also know a lot of fat ones. I feel like the super fit and athletic vegetarians I know are outliers though--because it's pretty apparent they're not in the shape they're in because of vegetarianism. The ones that are fat though, they're not just fat.
12/13/2011 9:01:07 PM
^^^sarcasm=verbal irony. But good to know that you weren't.
12/13/2011 9:07:11 PM
I know a lot of cupcake-crazed vegetarians with excess belly fat.

My work buddy's fat dyke cunt whore slut dick monster nut muncher sperm rag cum dumpster wife is one. Everyone hates her. Couple weeks ago she had the balls to call me out for eating a steak at Outback when she singlehandedly wolfs a Bloomin' fuckin' onion and a half by herself. I want to look deep into her eyes while I choke her to death with my bare hands and rape her with that knife dildo from Se7en.
12/13/2011 9:20:00 PM
hell yeah, Indians are often vegetarians, and type II diabeetus is rampant among the old folk.when they dont eat meat, they end up eating a shit ton of carbs

12/13/2011 11:30:45 PM
I know one full out vegetarian and one kinda sorta who are both women. They have the same body types, pudgy is what I would call it. They would probably look a lot better if they ate a steak every day. For every animal you don't eat ima eat three. One girl I know ate an all egg and bacon diet before her wedding and had absolutely no fat on her. I try to get my gf to eat more meat but she just doesn't like it. Take that previous sentence for what you will. I need to find some better marinades or something. I cooked ribs tonight and she just asked me where the sauce was. At least I bought sauce with no HFCS in it. Bone suckin' sauce FTW. Yes this topic is important to me.

^^Call you out for eating a steak at Outback? It's a fucking steak restaurant. Not to mention that I hate people that are sanctimonious about food no matter what angle they're pushing--vegetarian, carnivore, locavore, whatever. It's a personal choice, and there's a huge difference between informing people when your opinion is asked and evangelizing. In an antagonistic manner, usually.

our fat vegetarian friends eats grilled cheese like no joke

as it turns out, smothering every meal with cheese instead of meat doesn't do a whole lot for your weight.
12/14/2011 8:23:51 PM
I disagree.I bet it does a whole lot for your weight.
