How much would UPS or Fedex charge to send them?

Depends on how heavy they are. A box of christmas cards could get on up there depending on how big the box is.

A single card.

Well in that case, with single cards such as these, you should probably weight each one (with envelope) individually in order to estimate cost of shipping.

Why in the world would you use FedEx for this? Do you like paying too much money to send out letters?

I like receiving Christmas cards. I don't want some email crap that you spent half a second considering before pushing send

I don't even spend that long picking out xmas cards. You might just get one that says "To my granddaughter on her wedding day" from me. It's part of my charm.

If you have enough volume to consider UPS/FedEx you need to contact Mail Innovations (owned by UPS; but last mile delivery is via USPS.)Also; I was hoping this thread was more along the lines of IF YOU SEND ME A CARD WITH GLITTER I WILL COME BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN. Tired of opening cards and that crap raining down all over me.
