I was vegetarian for a while and not once did I tell anyone they were wrong for eating meat. On the other hand, I can't even count how many people tried to convince me I was wrong.

Meat protein is considered a "complete" protein because it contains all the essential amino acids for cellular reproduction (or building muscle, if you will). The only vegetable that can claim the same rights is the soybean.
