that had jean Claude van damme and he was running through a town and they were trying to kill him and bunch of other guys who were racing/fighting each other. I think one scene van damme climbed on a Olympic bar and starting twirling hitting villagers.

Did this movie have van damme or was it some other kid. Were the villagers carrying sickles and holding hammers up in the air? There was some movie that had this shit going on in it and in every "fight scene" there was some sort of gymnastic setup so this kid could whip around and kick people and... it was dumb. I don't remember the name of it, just trying to see if I'm on the right track.
