what are some of the best examples (or at least good ones) of social media fails...For instance, the News 14 closings, the Chevy Tahoe thing (though I couldn't find any examples except I think the one posted in the other thread.

Can be on a small scale or the best of course, a large scale but basically just when some soc media backfires....
